Questions restaurant owners ask
Does Wasl replace a restaurant POS or payment system?
Wasl includes foundations for future online payments and POS integrations, but no live payment checkout or provider POS API is active yet. The current core supports QR menus, ordering, tickets, delivery, analytics, exports, and branding.
Can customers use Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is supported with RTL layout, and English and French are available from the same public menu flow.
Can anyone create a Wasl restaurant account?
No. Wasl access is manually granted after the restaurant or café is validated by the Wasl team.
Can different restaurant types use different layouts?
Yes. The admin can assign templates such as fast food, cafe, table service, and shisha lounge.
